Terms & Conditions

• The minimum purchase is $50 (25 pixels), and the maximum purchase is based on the bits still available.
• When you 'purchase' my bits you will not 'own' any part of the website but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link that will be published on the webpage in the space you have paid for.
• You cannot change the image/logo or link once you have submitted it, so please make sure that the image and link are what you want posted on the page. The only exception to this is if you have a good reason why you need a change to your image/link, eg. your site no longer exists, or for legal requirements.
• The site and homepage will be online for at least 3 years.
• If your image and link are accepted and published on the webpage, you cannot get a refund on your purchase.
• No porn/obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted for this ad promotion, and I decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will forfeit your bits
• If your link is accepted and you later make a change to the content of the linked site to show offensive/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the time that this correction was made.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the website, you can do that, no refund will be given and the bits will become available again
• Links must be to web pages and begin with http://
• Images must be the size you have paid for (eg. 50 bits = 5x5 pixels)
• Images must be provided in Jpeg or GIF format
• Images must NOT be in an animated format because the QR Code may be printed.
• You must have the right to provide the image and link for the website you submit
• Your purchase funds must be fully received and processed before your bits go live on the webpage
• There might be occasional downtime for building the code and updates
• Once you have ordered and the funds are processed through PayPal, I will try to get them built into the code within 48 hours.
