"This MSc covers the complete spectrum of total quality,
form systems and tools to the development and motivation
of people across an organisation. It is unique in the
way it integrates subject areas that are rapidly becoming
inter-related in organisations, plus you will get to apply
appropriate models and theories to quality management.
You will benefit most from this course if you are an existing
or prospective quality manager, or if you are responsible
for the management and development of quality systems
in the public sector and service or manufacturing industries.
If you successfully complete the course and have suitable
experience, you will be able to apply for full membership
to the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI). Graduates are
likely to occupy senior management positions.
